Automation may reshape what work looks like in Longmont. This earlier concept focused on helping local businesses and workers understand practical uses of AI, prepare for workforce changes, and keep human connection and service at the center of local economic decisions. We welcome conversations with local business owners, entrepreneurs, employers, workforce organizations, and economic development leaders.
